• Betting on multiple markets within the same match is permitted; however, placing contradictory bets to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

In the live gaming section (slots, casino, etc.), each game provider's own rules apply. If a technical issue occurs during a game, ad999pro reserves the right to void the result of that round and refund the amount wagered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Opening an account using a false or someone else's identity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Collusion — coordinating across multiple accounts to claim bonuses or rewards.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bonus abuse — placing hedging or counter-bets for the sole purpose of clearing bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, malware, or any other unauthorized means.
• Harassing or behaving aggressively toward other members.
